Snail Mail Remailing
There are three options for snail mail remailing.
Option #1
$3.00 for one (1) letter in an addressed envelope with postage.
Put the pre-addressed, postage-attached envelope containing the letter inside a bigger envelope.
Option #2
$3.50 for one (1) letter in an addressed envelope without postage.
Put the pre-addressed envelope containing the letter inside a bigger envelope. Before we remail your letter, we will affix the proper amount of postage.
Option #3
$4.00 for one (1) letter without an envelope and without postage.
Put the letter inside an envelope. We will provide the envelope, as well as print the address on it, along with the proper amount of postage.
What To Do Next
No matter which option you choose, we suggest that you don't bend the letter you want us to remail, but this is only a suggestion. Wrap the letter/envelope to be forwarded in a sheet of paper that includes where you want the letter/envelope remailed from (DC-MD-VA) and the fee paid in cash or by money order in US funds (leave the money order's "Pay to:" line blank) for each letter/envelope to be mailed. We do not accept personal checks or foreign currency, as they slow down the entire process. Please go to our Payment Options page to see alternative methods for paying.
Address the outer envelope to:
REMAIL4U
500 MONTGOMERY STREET STE 400 BOX 69
ALEXANDRIA, VA 22314
On the outer envelope, we recommend you include a return address so that if the letter is undeliverable for any reason, which shouldn't be an issue, you will get your package and its contents back. This is not mandatory, but we do recommend it. We won't keep this information or divulge it to anyone; it's simply to make sure that if the letter doesn't reach us, you get it back along with your payment. This is one reason for leaving the "Pay to:" portion blank on the money order. If you do not want to use your own address, you can put our address as the return address.
