Inbox Remailing
Do you plan to be away from your computer for a while, and you won't have access to other computers while you're away? Our Inbox Remailing service is perfect for you!
How It Works...
First of all, there is no need to give us access to your personal username and password on your email account. You can simply forward your Inbox to one of our email accounts (we'll let you know which one when you sign up). When we receive emails for you, we'll print them out and send them by USPS first class mail. You will have access to our toll-free phone number to update your forwarding address as often as you like.
What It Costs...
$1.50 for the first email (up to two pages, not including attachments) and $0.20 for each additional page sent in the same mailing. For example, if you receive a 5-page email with a 10-page attachment, plus eight other one-page emails that you want sent in one mailing, you would pay $1.50 for the first two pages of the first email and $4.20 for the remaining 21 pages.
This particular mailing would cost you $5.70. The initial charge ($1.50) includes the cost of postage and packaging.
We understand that sometimes attachments are pictures that you'd like to receive in color, and we have the capability to print in color. For each page that you'd like printed in color, there will be an extra charge of $0.50. This means that color pages will be $0.60 when we add on the original $0.10 charge. You must specifically request to have pages printed in color. If you don't, all pages will be printed in black and no additional charge will be applied.
Frequency
You decide how frequently we remail the contents of your Inbox. You can request to have your Inbox remailed daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, and so on. You may even simply call our toll-free number, whenever you like, to have your Inbox remailed. If you do choose to call in, we ask that you give us 24-hours to receive your request and process it.
Once you have an Inbox Remailing account set up with us, you can start and stop Inbox remailing simply by enabling and/or disabling the forwarding feature on your mail client. You only need to contact us if you plan to permanently close your account. You may start and stop Inbox forwarding as often as you like without incurring any extra expenses with Remail4U.
How To Start
A $50.00 deposit is required to start Inbox Remailing. $20.00 of this deposit is a one-time, non-refundable setup fee, and the remaining $30.00 becomes Money on Account (MOA) towards future services. Each time you are sent an envelope of emails, we will include a remaining balance sheet (at no cost to you, of course). When your MOA gets low, you can replenish it by choosing one of our payment options. Once we receive your deposit, we will assign you a mailbox on our system, which you will then forward your Inbox to.
MOA does not expire. If you decide to cancel your service, you will receive a check for the remaining MOA balance, minus a 20% processing fee.
A Note About Spam
What may seem like unwanted email to one person might be acceptable to another. Remail4U will not attempt to discern which of your messages are junk mail or legitimate correspondences.
Spam filtering should be handled from your email client. It is not the responsibility of Remail4U to figure out what messages are spam and what messages are important to you. Prior to setting up your Inbox for forwarding, it will be imperative that you enable any and all means of blocking spam from appearing in your Inbox. We do not read your emails, as this is a violation of your privacy. We simply look at the To: field and sort the emails to the correct recipient. If you receive spam with your mailing, you will need to go into your email client at your earliest opportunity and re-adjust your junk mail filters.
